Who is Cheryl Flink?
Cheryl Flink works with organizations to develop human-centered leadership systems and capabilities that balance the creation of economic and social value. Cheryl has held senior executive roles overseeing the intersection of technology, data, and analytics, and recently led leadership development research and analytics at the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a thought leader in crafting measurement systems and analytics, digital transformation leadership, and creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive technology teams. Cheryl holds a Ph.D. in social psychology and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina Charlotte’s Belk School of Management. She is a co-author of the book “Doing Well and Doing Good: Human-Centered Digital Transformation Leadership.”
